Attorney at Law O’Neil, Cannon, Hollman, DeJong & Laing S.C. Kelly Kuglitsch is an attorney with O’Neil Cannon firm, and practices exclusively ERISA, Benefits and Compensation law. She regularly assists employers, plan administrators, plan service providers, and other attorneys with a variety of transactional and compliance-related employee benefits issues. Working collaboratively with the Employment, Corporate and Litigation Practice Groups at her firm, she also oversees transition matters relevant to mergers and acquisitions and serves as a subject-matter expert. She has spoken on the topic of executive compensation for both the State Bar of Wisconsin Taxation Section and the ABA Taxation Section S-Corporation Subcommittee. Her article, “Spotting Issues Under Section 409A: Perspective and Practice Tips, appeared, in 2018, in Corporate Taxation, Vol. 45, No. 1, a Thomson Reuters publication. Kelly is a former officer of the Taxation Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Kelly earned her J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law, and her M.A. from The George Washington University. |
