The Milwaukee chapter invites you to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Presentation, "Health Plan Legal Update: CAA, MHPAEA and More, Oh My!" on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 2:00 pm. Choose to attend either in-person or virtual!
The only thing constant in Employee Benefits law is change. This past year saw a number of important items that employers now need to focus on with respect to their health plans, especially with many of the deadlines looming in 2022. Join us for an informative seminar where we will discuss key legal changes impacting health plans of employers and other plan sponsors, including:
• Coronavirus vaccination mandates and health plan incentives – ok or not ok?
• Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act – what written document do you need?
• No Surprises Act – don’t be caught off guard by the changes to your plans
• New “transparency” rules – strategies for compliance
• Other legal changes
Join us in welcoming John Barlament from Quarles and Brady in this live presentation! And plan to stay for the holiday networking social starting at 4:00 pm!
