According to a recent survey by HPS/PayMedix, 33% of employees across the United States say their out-of-pocket costs are not affordable. That number soars to 50% of employees in Wisconsin! As employers continue struggling to afford the ever-increasing cost of healthcare, cost-shifting to members also continues.
Fortunately, there are solutions. Providing members with access to quality care and incentivizing them to make smart choices by waiving their member cost-share has resulted in significant savings for both members and employers! This seminar will address: • The Healthcare Challenges For Employers, Employees • Solutions: What’s Working; What’s not • Real Wisconsin Employer Success Stories • Plan Sponsors Fiduciary Responsibilities • Employer Short List for Change Speakers![]() Sara Hames, CEBS
