The Milwaukee chapter invites you to attend our October webinar, “What We are Doing to Survive and Thrive During COVID-19: Panel Discussion" on Thursday, October 1, 2020.

We’ve all been profoundly impacted by the Coronavirus Pandemic. Three innovative employers – Versiti, Hatco Corporation, and Bader Philanthropies - didn’t wait around to see what would happen, they took quick actions to preserve their employees and their business. Join us for a discussion with your peers where successful strategies will be shared, regarding safety plans, establishing first line of response, tweaking existing benefit policies, implementing social distancing on factory floors, cleaning procedures, employee wellness procedures, COVID testing, healthcare service delivery, working with the DWD to establish work-share programs, and more!

Aims/Takeaways:
  • Gain clarity on creating safety action plans that are agile and align with your organization’s and client communities’ cultural needs, while complying with ever-changing and conflicting health care guidance.
  • Learn how to pivot quickly during unprecedented times and keeping your workforce healthy and happy at the same time.
  • How COVID required HR to become more agile and responsive than ever
  • The role of HR in addressing continuous change and thinking outside the box to support employee and organizational needs during the pandemic when your company provides essential services
  • How leaders can play a critical role in supporting employees through VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity)
