Ms. Pincay assists clients in optimizing benefit design and drug mix and provides consulting services that incorporate advanced data analytics with the latest best-practice guidelines for clinical pharmacy. She has extensive expertise in pharmacy benefit management (PBM), clinical programs, client management and plan design strategy. Prior to Segal, Ms. Pincay served as a Senior Clinical Account Executive and Clinical Director at Express Scripts, where she gained expertise in clinical drug management protocols, formulary consulting and trend management strategies. Ms. Pincay holds a bachelor’s degree of Science in Pharmacy from St. John’s University and is a Board Certified Pharmacist and is licensed in the states of New York and New Jersey. Len specializes in wellness program benefit design, health and welfare nondiscrimination testing, and is the administrator of, and lead author of publications regarding, Segal’s College and University Benefits Study (CUBS) Higher Education employee benefits database. Prior to joining Segal, Len worked in an actuarial capacity at Buck Consultants. Len has spoken at various ISCEBS and SHRM local, state and national events.
